  • Cognitive-behavioral therapy: This is a specific type of psychotherapy in which the person find out to recognize and vary thought patterns and behaviors that result to troublesome feelings.
  • Relaxation therapy

Can Anxiety Disorders Be Prevented?

Although an Anxiety disorders can’t be prevented however, there are few things you can do to lessen or control symptoms:

  • reduce or Stop consumption of products that include caffeine, such as cola, coffee, tea, and energy drinks.
  • before taking any medicines or herbal remedies Ask your doctor or pharmacist. Many include chemicals that can improve anxiety symptoms.
  • if you start to feel anxious regularly then Seek counseling and support.
